These Terms of Service (“terms”) are a contract between you and Anishare (“we”/”us”) and include the Anishare Privacy Policy. By using anishare.co (“the Platform”) you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree, then you can not and should not use Anishare Platform.

Accounts

• Users must currently be 13 years or older to possess an account
• You’re responsible for activity on your account, and keeping the email address used by your account secured to prevent unauthorized access. However, it is possible that unauthorized access can occur by other means and you accept that risk.
• We may suspend or terminate your account or cease providing you with all or part of the Platform at any time and for any reason we deem appropriate.
• We may alter or block registration of accounts with usernames that:
  • Seriously attempt to mislead others by impersonating someone else
  • Use overly offensive or objectionable language
  • Is protected by a trademark, service mark, or some other legal reservation, and is challenged by the owners
  • Any name Anishare deems unfit in our sole discretion

Behaviour

• Don’t do anything illegal
• Don’t take actions to harm others’ devices
• Don’t harass other users on the Platform in any way
• Don’t take actions to damage / disrupt services on Anishare
• Don’t scrape
• Don’t modify, reproduce, or redistribute content from Anishare without consent from the authors
• Don’t steal Anishare software intellectual property
• Don’t use Anishare trademarks in unauthorized ways
• Don’t buy, sell, transfer ownership of accounts or data obtained from the Platform
• Don’t attempt to circumvent any account storage or bandwidth limits

Content

• You and your possible collaborators own the rights to the content you create and publish on Anishare
• By doing so, you also grant Anishare the nonexclusive right to host, display, reformat, distribute etc. (general actions required within a web application) on the site
• If your published content doesn’t comply with the following content guidelines, it may be subject to removal from the Platform:
  • Directly pornographic sexual content
  • Threats of violence or death, or endorsing terrorism
  • Any media Anishare deems unfit in our sole discretion

Disclaimer

Each subsection applies up to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, so some aspects of this section may not be applicable to you.

• Your use of the Platform is solely at your own risk and discretion, and services are provided “as is”, so they don’t come with any warranties.
• All content, public or private, is the sole responsibility of the creators of that content. We may not monitor or control all content on the Platform and thus we cannot take responsibility for it. We don’t generally support or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any content or communications or validity of opinions expressed by users on the Platform. You understand that due to the nature of online interactions, you may be exposed to some crazy stuff e.g. offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive content.
• When using the Platform, you release Anishare from claims, damages, and demands of any kind. Anishare is not liable to you for any damages that arise from your use of, or in connection with, the Platform and any content experienced on it. This includes:
  • Services being hacked, attacked, cracked, unavailable
  • All types of damages
  • All types of lost profit, data, revenue
  • Any conduct of users or third parties on the Platform
• The Platform may contain links to other websites, which you access at your own risk, as they are out of our control.

Enjoyment

• You agree that you are here to enjoy yourself by creating art alone or collaboratively, interacting with others’ works in a mostly positive way, and just generally having fun and vibing.
• You may be contacted by Anishare for surveys or interviews about your experiences of enjoyment with the Platform (or lack thereof) via the Platform or by any other means.

General

• These terms may change from time to time. We may let you know about material changes via the Platform or email. Remember, your continued use of the Platform after terms change means you agree with, and consent to be bound by the new terms. If at some point you cease to agree with the terms, stop using the Platform.
• These terms (including referenced documents) are the whole agreement between Anishare and you concerning the Platform. They supersede any prior agreements between you and Anishare.
• If Anishare does not enforce an aspect of the terms, that doesn’t mean that that aspect has been waived. If an aspect is deemed invalid, then it will be removed or limited and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Anishare encourages you to contact us with issues or disagreements before taking us to court (please don’t do that).
• These terms are personal to you, and can’t be assigned or transferred without prior written consent from Anishare. We have the right to delegate any rights or obligations under these terms without notice and without consent.
