Why am I not receiving the verification emails?

To improve delivery, please add notifications@anishare.co to your email contacts list. This is the email address where the codes will be sent from.

• If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam / junk folder.
• Emails are usually delivered in under a minute, but allow up to 15 minutes to receive them before trying again.
• Some school or workplace email addresses block the anishare.co domain. Please use an email address not managed by / associated with an institution if you are having issues.

How do I change the username or email for my account?

You can't change this yourself yet, so please email contact@anishare.co from the same email address as your Anishare account.
